The school have identified and set a number of annual priorities that will enable children to move more throughout the school day

You will be required to upload evidence. You will need to tell us about your priorities for the school year in relation to physical activity and wellbeing. For example: CAS toolkit, World Health Organisation - Active Schools Toolkit, school specific action plans with a physical activity focus.

The school have identified where ‘movement opportunities can take place’ across the school day

You will be required to upload evidence. Download here. Map your school day, using the template provided can help. This will show which parts/lessons of your day are active (red) and those where there is potential to create more movement (blue).

Physical activity is a whole school responsibility. There is a lead practitioner in place to champion a positive physical activity culture across the school

We understand that children should be active for 60 minutes a day. As a school, we know we have a part to play in providing around 30 minutes of this.
